MEET THE TEAM

JP founded LeBel Landscaping in 2009 after he graduated from the University of South Florida. He is licensed in the state of Florida as a certified pest control operator and irrigation contractor. He also holds certifications as an Arborist from the International Society of Arborists and Horticulture Professional by the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association. He is a multiple award recipient of the USF Fast 56 and recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal Fast 50 for fastest-growing businesses in Tampa Bay area. He is passionate about networking, building strong relationships throughout the Tampa Bay community and is a past board member of the Krewe of the Knights of Sant' Yago and current board member of the 13 Ugly Men Foundation. He is married to his wife Sabina and they have 4 young children. JP's interests outside of work include attending concerts, traveling, hunting, USF & Jaguar football.

Nicknamed “Brain” by his colleagues, Brian has over 35 years of experience in landscape maintenance and is a state certified pest control operator. He joined LeBel Landscaping in 2020 and has doubled the size of our maintenance division since he took over due to his vast industry knowledge, attention to details, terrific organization and communication skills. His sense of humor is valued throughout our office. He is passionate about providing our clients the best customer service. When he is not working, he likes to travel the world.

Marshall graduated from University of South Florida with a Business Marketing degree in 2008 where he first became friends with JP. He gained experience in sales, management, and operations in both corporate and small business settings before joining LeBel Landscaping in 2020. He oversees the business side and all things not landscaping, while also being a certified arborist who contributes to landscaping logistics and operates the palm tree farm. He is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration degree, class of 2027, at the University of South Florida. He is passionate about building systems that empower employees and put them in positions to succeed. When he isn’t working, he enjoys traveling, fishing, and golfing.

Priscilla joined LeBel Landscaping in 2022 to assist Marshall with the business side and all things not landscaping. Her diverse background and career experience make her an ideal fit, allowing her to contribute in many ways. She is responsible for managing our books, human resources, payroll, and insurance, but she does so much more. She is passionate about always doing the right thing. When she isn’t working, she enjoys taking care of her pups, fishing, and dancing. 

Darren is a University of South Florida graduate and a certified arborist with additional Tree Risk Assessment Qualifications. He specializes in arborist reports and landscape design. He also has drainage and landscape lighting certifications. He is passionate about creating unique designs tailored to our clients’ needs and bringing them to life. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, working on house projects, and fishing.

Tony joined LeBel Landscaping in 2022 and is a certified arborist. He specializes in managing our large commercial and new construction projects. He is highly effective, efficient, and demonstrates great initiative. He is passionate about building relationships with other contractors. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, going on vacations, and golfing.

Cody worked in our maintenance division right out of high school and spent a couple of years there before leaving for another career opportunity. He rejoined LeBel Landscaping in 2022. He is personable, but also knows how to get things done. He is passionate about building strong relationships. When he is not working, he enjoys working on boats and taking them out on the water.

​Bill is a Florida State University graduate who joined LeBel Landscaping in 2025. He brings many years of experience from the landscaping industry. He is a certified arborist and an experienced irrigation contractor. He is passionate about doing quality work. When he is not working, he enjoys going to the movies, fishing, and golfing.

Elton joined LeBel Landscaping in 2022, bringing years of landscape maintenance experience with him. He is originally from Brazil and speaks 3 different languages. He is passionate about safety and employee training. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, kayaking, and going on mission trips.

Hector joined LeBel Landscaping’s maintenance division in 2021 and quickly worked his way up to foreman and then management within a year. He is very knowledgeable and organized, managing many of our top accounts. He is passionate about safety and employee training. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, the shooting range, and fishing.

Kareem joined LeBel Landscaping in 2016 after serving in the US Army. He oversees all of our fleet and equipment maintenance and repairs. He also ensures that all of our trucks are loaded nightly to support safe and prompt departures in the mornings. He also contributes with solo root pruning and stump grinding jobs. He is passionate about doing things the right way and promoting safety. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing video games, and watching sports.

​Ady joined the LeBel Landscaping team in 2025. She is a double University of Florida graduate, having earned a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and a master’s degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Social Media. She is passionate about showcasing our employees’ craftsmanship and bringing our projects to life online through creative photos and videos. When she’s not behind the camera, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Gators, and volunteering in the community. 

​Nick joined the LeBel Landscaping team in 2025. With over seven years of experience in landscaping and lawn maintenance, he prioritizes providing reliable, high-quality service that helps customers feel proud of their outdoor spaces. Seeing a yard transformed and knowing it supports a customer’s vision is at the heart of his work. Outside of work, he devotes his time to family, cheering on the Lightning, and taking trips up north to enjoy snowboarding.

​Jean joined the LeBel Landscaping team in 2025. With over a decade of experience in irrigation, fertilization, and landscaping, he has built a career around hard work, curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping things grow. As an Irrigation Manager, he welcomes challenges and enjoys problem solving. Additionally, he loves connecting with people, building relationships, and creating a comfortable, clear line of communication on every job. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, camping, and exploring new places with his family.
